Welcome to Gymbro. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gymbro app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) About the Service

Gymbro is currently provided free of charge, with no ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Features may evolve over time.

2) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You may delete your account at any time in the app; deletion is processed immediately.

3) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process, how we store it on Firebase (EU), and your rights.

4) Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, texts, and other content you post. To operate the Service, you grant Gymbro a limited license to host and display your content, solely within the Service.

5) Prohibited Conduct & Content

You agree not to use the Service to post illegal, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit content; nor to engage in spam, impersonation, or any activity that harms others or the Service.

6) Health Disclaimer

Gymbro is a social and fitness tracking platform. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or certified trainer. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or modifying an exercise program.

7) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
